Extendable tables make more than enough room for dinner guests. All you have to do is pull the extra surface out and you can push it back in when you don’t need the extra space. This way, you can reclaim the floor area.
A Chair and Bedside Table
If you only have a sliver of space right next to your bed, a charming little chair/night table would fit right in. Use your backrest to hang a little bag or a cardigan and the top surface as a bedside table or seat for when you’re getting dressed. Use the lower shelf to keep your bedtime reading.
